Day 2 · Risk classification and obligations
- Prohibited practices, high-risk, limited-risk and minimal-risk systems
- Obligations for high-risk systems and general-purpose AI models
- Transparency towards users and affected persons
Day 3 · AI governance across the life cycle
- Governance structure, roles and accountability
- Risk management, technical documentation and traceability
- Integration with existing risk, compliance and privacy frameworks
Day 4 · Compliance monitoring and exam
- Conformity assessment, monitoring and continual improvement
- Human oversight and serious incidents
- Certification exam
Exam, credits & certification
Once you pass the exam, you can apply for the "PECB Certified EU AI Governance Professional" credential. The exam includes 2 attempts: the first plus a free retake, usable within the following 12 months. Passing first time is no longer a source of pressure. CPD credits correspond to the course level according to PECB. The exam duration is indicative; ask me for the exact details when you enrol.
